We spent the whole day, Wednesday, in Victoria. Much of the day was spent at the Royal BC Museum. The rest was just walking around and seeing the sites.

The Royal BC Museum is kitty corner to the Inner Harbour. Just a short walk from our dock.

The dinosaur exhibit at the museum was very interesting.

A Wooly Mammoth. Probably not a real one. It was very still.

And so were the other animals.

The Modern history Gallery is really spectacular. It is very well done. Well worth the trip. The level of detail in all of the exhibits is second to none. Every exhibit is fascinating.

Back at the docks, the water taxis were busy as usual.

I just like this photo of the an elderly couple enjoying the fine weather.

This guy is a one man band. his name is Dave Harris.

To cap off the evening, we went for a carriage ride with Victoria Carriage Tours. We got the full tour. Ask for Geneva.

That’s about it. Tomorrow we head for Port Townsend. We have a dawn departure scheduled.
